Join Fay for 2.5 hours of guided ceremonial practice including yoga therapy, somatic movement, mantra, meditation and deep rest. Influenced by the seasonal shifts and astrology of the current time; the intention of each practice is to align ourselves more closely with the natural world; and in so doing closer to our own natural rhythms and truest nature. We are supported by Ceremonial Cacao (optional) and there is space for connection and sharing following.
