Polly Rewt has taught yoga in Edinburgh for over 15 years and has been teaching one of the Centre’s most popular classes. She teaches a variety of styles — Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative yoga – to people of all ages and abilities. She is especially interested in helping people to feel at home in their bodies and to understand how to look after themselves so that they can thrive. Simple practices like breathing well, with awareness, and learning how to relax, inform all of her teaching. These skills are the foundation of good health and well being.
