Join Jane (Solas Yoga) for an awakening yoga flow. We will start with some gentle stretches to waken the body before moving into a more dynamic flow to set you up for the day ahead.
Jane teaches functional yoga — a practice that focuses on how movement feels in your body, rather than how it looks. Her classes encourage students to move in ways that honour their own bodies and lived experience, rather than striving for a “perfect pose.” Expect to move with kindness, building both strength and calmness.

“With over 16 years of experience, Jyoti has been teaching Pilates since completing her training with Body Control Pilates in 2008. She brings a deep passion for the practice to every class, continually inspired by the progress and enthusiasm of her clients as they experience the physical and mental benefits of a consistent Pilates routine. In addition to teaching, Jyoti serves as a supervising teacher for the Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA) in Edinburgh, supporting the next generation of instructors. As a result, some classes may include a student teacher—offering participants an extra pair of attentive eyes and hands-on support.”
