Core – Develop your Pilates’ skills with exercises designed to strengthen your core, upper, and lower body, whilst also addressing tight muscles with stretches and releases. A balanced and full body workout. Suitable for those who have prior experience of Pilates at a beginner or intermediate level. The Easter Block will run from the 24th March – 4th June 2025 (with a weeks break over Easter) and booking will open on the 15th March.
