Event Details

Core – Develop your Pilates’ skills with exercises designed to strengthen your core, upper, and lower body, whilst also addressing tight muscles with stretches and releases. A balanced and full body workout. Suitable for those who have prior experience of Pilates at a beginner or intermediate level. The Easter Block will run from the 24th March – 4th June 2025 (with a weeks break over Easter) and booking will open on the 15th March. If you are a new client who hasn’t previously worked with Jyoti, please contact the instructor first before booking to discuss which class would suit you best. “With over 16 years of experience, Jyoti has been teaching Pilates since completing her training with Body Control Pilates in 2008. She brings a deep passion for the practice to every class, continually inspired by the progress and enthusiasm of her clients as they experience the physical and mental benefits of a consistent Pilates routine. In addition to teaching, Jyoti serves as a supervising teacher for the Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA) in Edinburgh, supporting the next generation of instructors. As a result, some classes may include a student teacher—offering participants an extra pair of attentive eyes and hands-on support.”
