Strengthen andCore – Develop your Pilates’ skills with exercises designed to strengthen your core, upper, and lower body, whilst also addressing tight muscles with stretches and releases. A balanced and full body workout. Suitable for those who have prior experience of Pilates at a beginner or intermediate level. Stabilise – A gentle, slow-paced class to improve functional strength, stability and flexibility, with a focus on balance and joint mobilisation. Suitable for beginners / all levels.
