This is a series that will run in a block of 5 weeks. Each session will focus on gentle supported poses, optional breathwork and guided relaxation to promote healing, relaxation & rest that will work deep deep into your body and your nervous system.

What to expect: Seated and lying down poses supported by props such bolsters, blankets and blocks. No need for previous yoga experience or a yoga mat.
