Calm Before Christmas – Restorative Yoga
There are just two spaces remaining for Kat Aydin’s workshop, Calm Before Christmas – Restorative Yoga. The workshop is open to everybody, from those with no yoga experience to those who would like to balance out their active yoga practice. This style of Yoga helps you cope with everyday stress, insomnia and anxiety by using some of the most powerful yet simple poses in Yoga. To access deep relaxation, your poses will be supported with blocks, bolsters, and blankets.

Vision Board and Yoga Day Retreat
A New Year brings with it the potential to create the very best version of ourselves. It’s a chance to break negative patterns and habits that may be holding us back. Like all good projects, we need to think about our end goal and plan a route to take us there. Join the Vision Board and Yoga Day Retreat with Lee Noquet and Esme Lopez to get the new decade off to a flying start.
The retreat will start with guided meditation, focusing on your intentions for 2020, followed by Pranayama and a Vinyasa Yoga class. The afternoon will give you a chance to connect with your inner child and remember a time when you dreamed big. We’ll create a route map in images, letting your creative juices flow as you form a vision of your ideal future life. We close by crystallising this vision with some Yin Yoga and a guided relaxation.
