Join this 2-hour small-group workshop to understand your lymphatic system and reconnect with your body through touch, breath, and movement. We’ll start with an introduction to the lymphatic system, and you’ll learn tips and tools to help lymph flow, along with a simple step-by-step dry body brushing routine.
We’ll close with a beginner-friendly, breath-led yoga practice designed to support lymphatic flow and regulate the nervous system. This workshop blends education with embodied practice, and is ideal if you:
– Feel sluggish, puffy, or stressed.
– Want simple, effective self-care tools that fit into daily life.
