Strengthen and Stabilise – A gentle, slow-paced class to improve functional strength, stability and flexibility, with a focus on balance and joint mobilisation. Suitable for beginners / all levels. The Easter Block will run from the 24th March – 4th June 2025 (with a weeks break over Easter) and booking will open on the 15th March. If you are a new client who hasn’t previously worked with Jyoti, please contact the instructor first before booking to discuss which class would suit you best.
